NEW WORKSHOP - Creative Journalling – at Balwyn Community Centre

Held over 4 (2-hour) evening sessions, this workshop allows you to explore your inner-self by making your own creative journal!

Taught by Sandy Buchanan, a qualified Art Therapist, her approach is fun and relaxing with techniques to explore self-expression and what is important to you.

It doesn’t matter if you’ve never done anything like this before,

Creative Journaling is not making the best art but using art to open your mind
