                                           FELT FRENZY March 23rd 2019

This will be an opportunity to get back into the felting swing and have a chat before our VFI year begins in February.  Always nice to catch up after the break.

Go to the website to book your place $10.00 deposit and $5.00 cash on the day. BYO lunch and your felting equipment.

If you have a friend niece or granddaughter who would like to know what this felting caper is all all about bring her along, just to have a play or simply observe, there would be no charge for her, after all we are trying to encourage the next generation of felters aren't we!!

A reminder to all members that our Fibre Shop will be open on that day and if you are needing a top up after the break or before the February meeting we are there for you!

Needle Felted Sculpted Dolls with Phyllis Hoffman

With the use of barbed felting needles and wool fibers we will explore the magic of sculpting dolls. The lifelike quality of wool lends itself as the perfect medium for sculpting dolls and Fantasy figures. These can be influenced by drawings, photos or ‘as you go’ simply exploring the techniques and seeing the character emerge. Sculptural needle felting is fun and easy to learn. In this workshop you can create a character of choice. Learning this technique will get your creative juices flowing.

More photos and information are available on Phyllis’s website www.phylsfelt.com
